of problems can be easily solved without returning the entire order. We
accept returns within the first 30 days for orders sent back 100% complete and
all parts brand new, never installed or prepped for installation, in the
original packaging, in a condition that can be resold as a new part. Once
items have been installed or used in any way they are not eligible for
return. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure returned parts arrive
to us without damage. Any item damaged during shipment back to us

behind all parts we sell 100%. If after installation there is an issue
contact us for a warranty return. This product is NOT DIY. Over 99%
of people in the world are not qualified to build an engine. It has
to be done 100% correct, and many parts must be measured down to the
.01”. The correct knowledge and tools are required to do
this. We ALWAYS STRONGLY recommend parts be
installed by a qualified, experienced mechanic. Warranty does not cover
failure that is a result of improper installation, tuning, break in, or
misuse. For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in question
must first be sent back to us for inspection. We do not warranty parts
based on phone calls, photos, or another mechanic's assessment alone. 99%
of failures from kits that have pistons is because the ring gap was not
properly set. It is the responsibility of the person assembling the
parts to make sure this is done correctly.
